Team Building Clasic - TEAM 1+1 = 3!
Participants: Employees of small, middle and large enterprises and organisations; enterprise departments; manager board; competition of several companies
Min number of participants: 4
Optimal number of participants: 20 - 40
Max number of participants: 200
Venue: Open air in accordance with the customer’s discretion or in an appropriate place; base place - Usmas lake; also abroad
Run time: 1 - 3 days, all seasons
Short description:
Introductory part
- Participants are divided in teams (4-10 persons)
- Short theoretical part: the essence of the team, values, social roles in a team, manager and team, effective team work characteristics
- Teams receive plan for the day - task (difficulty level - according to conditions)
- Teams plan their days activities and resourcies
Active part
- Teams make the days task - team work accompanied by coach - here are options to walk, use boats, ropes, bicycles, skis...
- Tasks are oriented to:
- Understanding of rules and discipline
- Mutual understanding and trust
- Information transfer and exchange
- Planning, roles and delegation
- Control
- Initiative and creativity
- Closing
- Feedback, video analysis, recommendations, conclusions, award ceremony
- Evening event
